Pamela Stroud
Pamela Stroud is the founder of The Pivot Space, helping senior women build fractional and portfolio careers after 20 years in senior leadership, HR and recruiting, including hiring at scale for ASX-listed and founder-led businesses. She's built her own portfolio career on the same model she teaches, supporting a number of fractional clients alongside running her own coaching business, multiple revenue streams, not one employer. She runs Encore Flex, a 12-week programme for women ready to package their expertise into paid fractional work.
